I would like to know if all your hotels are open year round.: The AKS Hinitsa Bay, Annabelle Village & Minoa Palace operate from April until October. The AKS Porto Heli hotel is open throughout the year.
Are there car rental services in your hotels?: In the lobby of our hotels, near the reception desk, there are selected, rental car companies offering a range of cars and motor bikes, with the convenience of pick-up and delivery at our hotels.
Do your hotels have wireless Internet access and, if so, is this facility available in guestrooms or only in public areas of your hotels?: At the AKS Porto Heli & Hinitsa Bay, our guests can request the card for wireless Internet access from the reception desk offering the possibility of use in guestrooms, as well as public areas of our hotels.
Do you have facilities for guests with special needs?: In all of our hotels we have designated guestrooms designed and fitted for the convenience of our guests with special needs. In addition, the public areas of our hotels are constructed with ramps and other facilities for easy maneuverability. All of our hotels offer the assistance of specially trained personnel who are at the service of guests with special needs and their companions to ensure a pleasant stay.
Can I organise my wedding reception at your hotels? What is the largest number of guests you can accommodate at a wedding reception?: The AKS Porto Heli & Hinitsa Bay in Porto Heli, as well as the AKS Annabelle Village on Crete all offers the possibility of a uniquely beautiful wedding reception, held, either, in a romantic outdoor setting next to the pool, or in one of our indoor halls, luxuriously transformed into an idyllic reception venue. The capacity varies depending on the demands and needs of each event.

Besides Greek cuisine, what other menus do your hotels offer?: In addition to Greek cuisine and local specialties, our hotels on Crete and in Porto Heli offer a varied menu of International and Mediterranean culinary delights, freshly prepared with pure ingredients. With a delicious choice of select and favourite fare, as well as a variety of exquisite specialties suggested by our long experience chefs, every guest will be pleased.

We have two small children and would like to know if your hotels have a safe and supervised area where they can play and enjoy organised activities and entertainment.: All of our hotels have a designated area, (mini-club-playground), which is fully equipped for the enjoyment of children of all ages so they can enjoy a variety of games and activities. Our mini clubs are supervised by a specialised team of Animators that organises an entertainment programme throughout the day, as well as a variety of fun, team games.
